Frequently asked questions
What happens to accented letters?
With transliteration enabled, é becomes e and ß becomes ss, producing ASCII-only slugs that work everywhere.
Should I change an existing slug?
Only with a permanent redirect from the old address. Stable URLs keep their accumulated links and rankings.
