URL Status Checker
Check HTTP status codes for up to five URLs at once.
Input
This tool sends only the URL you enter to our server, which fetches that public page. Nothing else is stored.
Result
Enter a public URL and run the check.
About this tool
Follows redirects and reports the final status code, the number of hops and the response time for each URL. Broken links and accidental redirect chains are obvious at a glance.
How to use it
- Enter one URL per line, up to five.
- Press Check status.
- Fix 4xx and 5xx results, and review long redirect chains.
Frequently asked questions
What counts as a redirect chain problem?
More than two hops adds latency and can dilute signals. Point links at the final URL where possible.
Why do some sites return 403 here?
They block automated requests. A 403 means the URL exists but refused this client, not that the page is missing.
