About this tool

How to use it
- Upload a square image, ideally 512px or larger.
- Check the generated previews on light and dark backgrounds.
- Download the ICO and PNG set, then copy the HTML snippet.
Frequently asked questions
Does the ICO work on Windows?
Yes. It embeds PNG-compressed frames, supported by Windows Vista and later, which covers every current browser.
What if my logo is not square?
It is padded onto a transparent square so the icon is not stretched. For best results upload a square version.
